We begin with a preliminary investigation using the information submitted by the client in the case assignment form. Database searches combined with a discreet investigation determine the claimants current whereabouts, vehicles, and other vital background information needed. A field agent is assigned to your case and then proceeds to conduct an on-site surveillance that includes up to 2.5 hours of total travel time, 8 hours of on-site surveillance, professional detailed report on the claimant's activities, and a copy of the 8mm video converted to the clients choice of DVD or VHS format.
